“Lean for Small Business “ Workshop
Lorain County Small Business Development Center presents an informative workshop for those starting or running a small business. Our workshops are designed to foster new business growth as well as inform on better ways to manage the enterprise. The workshop will be held February 16, 2010 from 10:00am to 12:00noon at the Lorain County Administration Building, fifth floor.

Rick Bohan will show how concepts and ideas that once seemed to be only for the large enterprise can be made practical for any organization, no matter how small.
Rick Bohan owns Chagrin River Consulting. He has over 20 years experience in designing, and implementing performance improvement initiatives in a variety of industrial and service sectors. Rick leads, coaches, and facilitates clients' planning and implementation of best practices, systems and operations improvements. He has taught business courses at Kent State University.
